Last week, as bitter temperatures continued knocking on our doors, we filled the kitchen with the soothing aroma of butter and sugar melting on the stove with plump peanuts. Yup...we made copious amounts of peanut brittle for Powder Keg Farm's CSA baskets. On hand to help was longtime friend Rosy, whose recipe we used. Nothing wrong with balancing out the bitter with the sweet, and oh, how sweet it is!
