This week's CSA shareholders are getting some fresh, homemade pasta made with our wholesome eggs, caramelized onions and eggplant tomatoes that we preserved last summer. We are making everyone happy by creating separate varieties using organic King Arthur flour, Pamela's gluten-free flour and even a spelt flour version. No one is getting left behind the pasta train! These old-fashioned, wide egg noodles will surely please and are a simple tasty combination of flour, eggs, Himalayan sea salt and olive oil.
